This penthouse is located in Sant Elm in the southwest of Mallorca. It has its own entrance, which is reached from the street through its own small garden. One terrace faces the sea, the other to the rear towards the communal garden and pool area. From this terrace there is direct access down to the pool area. The beach and the picturesque pedestrian zone of the village are only a few minutes' walk away. Directly in front of the complex there is a small bay with a pebble beach which is easily accessible via a large staircase.

The fishing village of San Telmo is located on the southwestern tip of the island Mallorca and is easily accessible from the village of Andratx via an idyllic road along the Tramuntana mountain range. Sant Elm (Catalan) is a small sleepy seaside village which mainly accommodates independent travelers who have their own properties like villas and apartments in the village San Telmo. An extensively sandy beach with a wonderful view of the opposite small pristine island "Es Pantaleau" and also to the greater, a nature reserve island called "Dragonera" are in addition to the restaurants, cafes and shops the caracteristics of these beautiful place. The Balearic capital, Palma de Mallorca and Palma airport can be easily reached via the motorway in about 30 minutes.
