This new building in Mallorca is located in the east of the island above the village of Son Macià. From here, to the left are the master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, while to the right is the living and dining area. The large living and dining room with panoramic windows offers a fireplace and direct access outside to the terrace and further to the pool. The kitchen is traditionally designed and separated from the living area, offers its own entrance and a storage room. From the kitchen you have access to a granny apartment which also has a separate entrance. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. Throughout the house, the installation for air conditioning has already been prepared. Down to the village of Son Macià is only about 10 minutes walk.

Son Macià is an idyllic village that belongs to the municipality of Manacor and is located just about 15 from the city center of Manacor. The well-kept village offers some bars and restaurants at its large village square. The coast with small bathing bays can also be reached in less than 15 minutes. The nearest sports harbors Porto Cristo and Porto Colom can be reached in about 20 minutes. One of the famous wineries of Mallorca is located in the immediate vicinity of the village. The patronal feast is celebrated in honor of the Virgin Mary on August 15, Assumption of Mary.
