UdsigtThis small natural stone finca in S'Arraco is located on the outskirts of the small village in the middle of a sunny valley. The modern eat-in kitchen with access to the outside area and adjoining dining area is centrally located on the first floor. A large room with access to the garden and adjoining bathroom can be used as a bedroom suite. The living room with wood-burning stove has access to the large terrace behind the house. Upstairs there is a small children's bedroom and the large master bedroom with access to a private terrace with views over the valley. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. There are various seating areas around the house so that you can switch between sun and shade as you wish. The village center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
