The modern eat-in kitchen with access to the outside area and adjoining dining area is centrally located on the first floor. A large room with access to the garden and adjoining bathroom can be used as a bedroom suite. The living room with wood-burning stove has access to the large terrace behind the house. Upstairs there is a small children's bedroom and the large master bedroom with access to a private terrace with views over the valley. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. Location
The typical Mallorcan village of S'Arracó with its authentic fincas and village houses is located in the very south-west of the island of Mallorca and belongs to the municipality of Andratx. It is just a few minutes' drive from Puerto de Andratx with its natural harbour and the famous sailing club "Club de Vela". The popular golf course "Golf de Andratx" is also just a short drive away. The Balearic capital, Palma de Mallorca, as well as Palma airport can be easily reached via the motorway in approx. 20 minutes.
