This historic stone finca in Mallorca is located in a side valley of the village of Andratx in the southwest of Mallorca. The partially terraced property in hillside location offers views into the valley. On the grounds are next to the main house a total of 3 larger outbuildings. Also the old threshing floor has been preserved. In the former stables are today guest rooms, also there is another building, in which a separate guest room with bath lie. Andratx, the eponymous place of the municipality of Andratx, is situated with its authentic properties, Villas and Fincas in Andratx in the southwest of the island Mallorca, at the foot of the Tramuntan mountains and about 5 km inland from the natural harbor of Puerto Andratx with its famous marina „Club de Vela“ and the all year-round restaurants, cafes and boutiques. To the popular golf course "Golf de Andratx" it only takes a few minutes by car. And the capital of the Balearic Islands, Palma de Mallorca and Palma Airport can be reached via the motorway in about 20 minutes.
