Villas in the Southwest of Mallorca - All Types - All Price Ranges
/ All Types
We have specialised in properties in the southwest of the island of Mallorca. We offer all types of villas for sale, especially in the regions of Andratx, Santa Ponsa and Portals. Typical in the southwest are large villas with sea views or close to golf courses. Especially in the harbours of Andratx and Portals, you will find many luxurious villas in exclusive locations, whose steep slopes allow you to enjoy a privileged view of the sea and/or the harbours.
Although more and more modern villas are being built, more emphasis is being placed on Mediterranean-style materials. Therefore, finca-style villas with natural stone facades and ceilings decorated with wooden beams are particularly popular. The special charm of these villas lies in the mixture of traditional facades and very modern interiors.
In Puerto de Andratx, Camp de Mar, Santa Ponsa and Bendinat there are many quiet holiday residential areas. You will find a wide variety of villas offering luxurious amenities and an exclusive lifestyle. Depending on the location they often have sea, mountain or golf course views. Therefore, a villa in the southwest of Mallorca with direct access to one of the numerous golf courses is also a very sought-after property.
/ All Prices
Villas in the southwest of Mallorca are offered for sale in all price ranges. The price of a villa in the southwest of the island has increased considerably in recent years, especially in the coastal area. High demand and very limited supply, together with the proximity to Palma, are the main reasons for this growth. Villas without sea views can be found with a size of approximately 300 square meters starting at 1.5 million euros, more than 2 million if it is new construction. However, as soon as a villa offers beautiful sea views, prices tend to be in excess of €12,000 per square meter. In addition, currently, villas on the seafront tend to be scarce, since these locations have always been the most requested.
