This beautiful finca in Cas Concos is a little paradise. The finca is completely quiet and private. An olive-lined driveway leads to the house, past its own vineyard, which extends over 1.5 hectares. The large glass front door creates a direct line of sight across the pool to the vineyard. The spacious entrance hall leads to the living area on the right, which consists of an open kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. In the entrance area itself there is an office area and a living/TV area, both of which could be partitioned off. The bedrooms are to the left. On the ground floor there are three guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master area and a further bedroom are located on the upper floor, both have a beautiful private terrace with views of the countryside. A separately located casita is currently used as an office. Another highlight are the outdoor areas, which offer numerous beautiful spaces. From covered verandas to the "beach" with bar and beach volleyball court. The finca is the ideal place to simply feel good and relax.

Location
Cas Concos d'es Cavaller dates back to an estate owned by the Obrador Conco family in the 16th century, from which the name Cas Concos ("House of the Concos") is derived. In the past, these lands formed the cavalry of La Galera, hence the name d'es Cavaller ("of the knight").
The tranquil village, which today has around 900 inhabitants, was created by building houses around a primitive oratory dating from 1722 and grew mainly in the 19th century. Today there are a soccer pitch, a hotel, a bakery and a small store.
The parish church of the Inmaculada Concepción is the most important building in the village and was converted into a parish church in 1934.
