This historic village house in Es Capdelle, a typical Mallorcan village in the southwest of the island, has been completely renovated. Not only the house was restored with incredible dedication. Also the whole outside area with different terraces, gardens and a dreamlike pool area was redesigned to the smallest detail. One enters the house on the ground floor and gets into the cosy living room. From here you also go up to the upper floor with 2 bedroom suites. From the living room you also continue through the dining room with old cooking area to the kitchen. From the living and dining area you have access to the terrace with barbecue area. The kitchen is connected with the summer kitchen, whose window front can be opened to the terrace. Here is also another shower room. Also on the ground floor is another large bedroom with bathroom en suite. This bedroom has direct access to the terrace. A little below the house is the large garden with the pool and further terrace areas. At the very end of the property is the parking space for up to 5 cars. From the house you can reach the village center on foot in a few minutes.

The traditional Mallorcan village of Es Capdellà, with its typical townhouses, idyllic fincas and rural properties, is located in the municipality of Calvià on the southern slope of Puig de sa Grua, 115 metres above sea level. Es Capdellà connects at 3 KM distance with the village of Calvià and with Puigpunyent via Galilea, with Andratx via the Coll de n'Esteve and with Paguera between Moleta den Sov Vic and Puig des Revell. These three mountain roads are absolutely recommended to enjoy exceptional views of the areas of Calvià and Andratx. The capital of the Balearic Islands, Palma de Mallorca can be easily reached by motorway in about 20 minutes. In less than 15 minutes you can reach the beaches of Puerto Portals and Palmanova. The many exclusive marinas such as "Puerto Portals" and the elegant marina "Port Adriano" designed by Philip Stark also only require a short drive.
