La Perla - House for sale

The terraced houses of the "La Perla" complex were completed in 2004. The houses are available as 2, 3 and 4 bedroom versions. The different house types all have ground floor and upper floor. Some houses offer another floor with "tower room and roof terrace. The terraced houses in La Perla are all equipped with gas central heating as floor heating and air conditioning. Some houses have a private garden area. Furthermore there are 3 community pools. The Mediterranean gardens of the residential complex are maintained by the community. In the residential complex La Perla in Camp de Mar there are houses with 2 or 3 bedrooms. However, the tower room on the 2nd floor of the large houses is often used as the 4th bedroom.
