With more than eighteen years of real estate agency experience in Mallorca, sales director and shareholder Andrea Berchtold is leaving the office in Puerto de Andratx to take over the management of the new office in Portals Nous.
The Swiss-born shareholder graduated in journalism and subsequently lived in Moscow and Kiev for seven years. After a long stay in Florence, she studied art history in London at Christie's auction house.
Finally, after three years in Madrid, he came to Mallorca with his family in 2004, where he has been working successfully for renowned real estate companies in the southwest of Mallorca for the last sixteen years.
Portals Nous and Puerto Portals
The office is located in the upper part of Portals Nous, within walking distance of Puerto Portals and only 10 km from the centre of the capital, Palma de Mallorca. Puerto Portals is the most prestigious nautical and leisure complex in the whole Mediterranean Sea. It is also extremely famous for being a meeting point for businessmen, celebrities and high society personalities.
