Located in the heart of northeast Mallorca, this historic finca from the early 20th century offers an exceptional opportunity for buyers looking for a spacious property with development potential in a natural setting. The plot covers around 83 hectares and is home to several buildings, including an imposing main house, a separate guest house and various stables. The finca offers a wide range of possibilities for agricultural use: the existing buildings can be extended to a total area of around 4,800 m², and the property can be enlarged to around 150 hectares by purchasing additional adjoining land. This opens up ideal conditions for the expansion of olive crops, viticulture or professional animal husbandry. The location of the property guarantees a high degree of privacy. Paths criss-cross the varied landscape and from the main house you can enjoy sweeping views as far as the sea. The finca has its own water and, thanks to its renovation potential, offers the opportunity to carefully modernize the historic property while preserving its authentic Mediterranean character. The vegetation consists of pine trees, agricultural land, orchards and well-tended Mediterranean garden areas - a harmonious environment that emphasizes the special qualities of the property. This finca represents a rare opportunity for those looking for a historic property with character, privacy and excellent conditions for agricultural use in Mallorca.

San Lorenzo is located in the east of Mallorca, not far from Manacor, and combines quiet, rural living with Mediterranean charm. The surrounding area offers plenty of privacy and nature, while the beaches of the east coast and the island's infrastructure are within easy reach. The location is particularly popular with residents and lovers of exclusive fincas and retreats.
Manacor in the east of Mallorca Manacor is the namesake town of the municipality of the same name in the eastern part of Mallorca. The municipality is one of the five historical sub-regions that make up the Levante Mallorquín region and includes the population centers of Manacor, Porto Cristo, S'Illot-Cala Morlanda, Calas de Mallorca, Son Macià, Cala Anguila, Cala Mandía, Cala Murada, Cala Romántica, Son Talent, Son Mas and Sa Marineta. In 2019, Manacor was the third most populous municipality on the island and the second largest in terms of surface area. 20% of the municipality's surface is still forested. The town of Manacor was once founded by the Moors. In this rural municipality there are several archaeological sites such as the Dolmen de Son Vaquer or natural and artificial caves that served as burial sites, such as Es Picots Negres des Fangar. Today, Manacor is one of the "industrial" centers of Mallorca, with furniture manufacturing and pearl factories standing out in particular. However, pottery and the production of liqueurs and wines are also still important. The municipality is also known for its caves, such as the Coves del Drac near Porto Cristo, and the numerous beaches and bays along the coast.
