Búger is one of the smallest and quietest villages in Mallorca and is idyllically situated in the north of the island. The elevated location offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside as far as the bay of Alcúdia. The village is characterized by its original Mallorcan character, little traffic and a relaxed atmosphere. Despite the quiet location, the popular beaches in the north and the towns of Inca and Sa Pobla can be reached in just a few minutes, as can Palma in around 30-35 minutes. Búger is ideal for anyone who appreciates privacy, nature and authentic island life.
Búger is located in the north of Mallorca within the Es Raiguer region, which is considered a transition zone between the Serra de Tramuntana and the island's fertile plain. The location is characterized by its central position with very good transport connections and allows quick access both to the north and to Palma. The extensive bay of Alcúdia with its miles of sandy beaches is one of the most important stretches of coastline on the island and can be reached in a short drive. At the same time, the proximity to Inca, Mallorca's third largest city, offers a comprehensive infrastructure with shopping facilities, services and transport connections. This combination of central location, good accessibility and proximity to the coast and town makes the region particularly attractive for property buyers.
