Why buy this finca in Alaro?
Buying this property in Alaró combines both the advantages of a well-structured estate and a highly desirable location in Mallorca. From a property perspective, the house offers a clear and functional distribution with multiple living areas, a high number of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a separate main suite on the upper level. This layout is suitable for both private use and hosting guests while maintaining privacy. The presence of a full basement with garage capacity, technical rooms, and adaptable spaces adds flexibility for future uses such as a guest apartment, spa, or service areas. In addition, the property is equipped with modern technical systems, including underfloor heating, solar energy support, and independent water supply, ensuring efficiency and a high level of self-sufficiency.
The exterior provides a large plot with agricultural potential, including a vineyard, olive trees, and fruit trees, as well as multiple ტერraces and a swimming pool. This allows for both leisure use and productive land use within the same property.
Regarding the location, Alaró is one of the most sought-after inland areas of Mallorca due to its proximity to Palma and the airport, while offering a quieter, more private environment. The area is known for its natural surroundings in the Tramuntana mountains, providing open views and a stable long-term value due to limited development and protected landscapes. The village itself offers essential services, restaurants, and a consistent demand from both international and local buyers, which supports property value retention.
Overall, the combination of size, layout, infrastructure, and location makes the property suitable for long-term residential use, a second home, or as an investment in a high-demand area.

Detailed Information
Location
Alaró is one of the most popular villages in Mallorca and is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, a World Heritage Site. The name Alaró is of Arabic origin and comes from Oloron, the old agricultural area of the region. The castle of Alaró was the most important center of Muslim resistance during the reconquest of Mallorca in 1229 by King Jaime I. The nearest town to the south of Alaró, less than 10 minutes away by car, is Santa María del Camí.
The area around Alaro is popular with locals and foreigners alike and is considered one of the most prestigious addresses. Santa Maria del Cami is a typical Mallorcan village in the wide plain between Palma and the Tramuntana mountains. The bustling little village offers bars, restaurants and stores of all kinds as well as one of Mallorca's most famous weekly markets in the large market square. The successful Macia Batle winery is located on the outskirts of the village. Palma is only about 15 minutes away by car and the airport can be reached in about 20 minutes.
