The Perfect Day in Your New Home

A perfect day at this country house begins with the soft morning light entering through the large windows of the master suite. As the sun rises over the Mallorcan countryside, you step onto the private terrace, where the air is still and the views stretch out towards the distant Bay of Alcúdia. The day starts quietly, perhaps with a coffee in hand, before moving downstairs into the open living area where the house truly comes to life. Breakfast is taken on the covered terrace, shaded and calm, with fresh local produce and the gentle sounds of nature surrounding you. As the morning unfolds, time is spent by the saltwater pool—swimming, reading, or simply enjoying the peaceful setting. The seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces allows the day to flow naturally, whether you retreat inside during the midday warmth or remain outside under the covered areas. In the afternoon, the outdoor kitchen becomes the focal point. Preparing a relaxed lunch or early dinner turns into a social moment, shared with family or friends. The spacious terraces offer different areas to sit, dine, or unwind, always with views of the landscape and the sense of privacy the property provides. As evening approaches, the atmosphere shifts. The light softens, and the surrounding countryside takes on warmer tones. Dinner extends into the night, accompanied by the quiet of the surroundings. Later, from the terrace or poolside, you watch the sun set in the direction of the Bay of Alcúdia—a daily moment that defines the experience of this place. The day ends as it began: in calm, privacy, and with a strong connection to the natural environment.

Manacor is located in the east of Mallorca and is the second largest city on the island. As an important economic and cultural center, the city combines authentic Mallorcan flair with an excellent infrastructure. The old town with its local markets, cafés and historic buildings gives Manacor a special character. At the same time, the town offers numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, schools and medical facilities, making it ideal both as a permanent residence and as a vacation home. Manacor enjoys international fame thanks to the renowned Rafa Nadal Academy. There are also popular coastal towns and beautiful beaches such as Porto Cristo and Cala Romántica in the surrounding area. Thanks to the good transport links, the island's capital Palma de Mallorca and the international airport can be reached in around 35 to 45 minutes.
Manacor in the east of Mallorca Manacor is the namesake town of the municipality of the same name in the eastern part of Mallorca. The municipality is one of the five historical sub-regions that make up the Levante Mallorquín region and includes the population centers of Manacor, Porto Cristo, S'Illot-Cala Morlanda, Calas de Mallorca, Son Macià, Cala Anguila-Cala Mandía, Cala Murada, Cala Romántica, Son Talent, Son Mas and Sa Marineta. In 2019, Manacor was the third most populous municipality on the island and the second largest in terms of surface area. 20% of the municipality's surface is still forested. The town of Manacor was once founded by the Moors. In this rural municipality there are several archaeological sites such as the Dolmen de Son Vaquer or natural and artificial caves that served as burial sites, such as Es Picots Negres des Fangar. Today, Manacor is one of the "industrial" centers of Mallorca, with furniture manufacturing and pearl factories standing out in particular. However, pottery and the production of liqueurs and wines are also still important. The municipality is also known for its caves, such as the Coves del Drac near Porto Cristo, and the numerous beaches and bays along the coast.
