A place where Mallorca feels like home
This finca is more than just a property – it's a promise. A promise of peace, space, and a life well lived. From the moment you arrive, you feel it’s not only about architecture, but about emotion. The scent of lavender and stone, the soft chirping of crickets at dusk, sunsets casting golden light over the natural stone façade...
The exterior tells stories of tradition, while the interior welcomes you with modern comfort and understated elegance. Open spaces, the play of light on the terraces, the crackling fireplace in the evening – everything here invites you to slow down and breathe deeply.
Here, you wake to garden views, sip your morning coffee barefoot in the sun, and share endless summer evenings with friends by the outdoor kitchen, under the stars. Whether you’re seeking a sanctuary, a family home, or a place to live your dream – this finca offers more than space. It offers meaning.

Detailed Information
Location
Bunyola is located in northwest Mallorca, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, just 14 km from Palma. Surrounded by olive groves, citrus trees, and almond orchards, it offers authentic village charm. The mountains rise steeply behind the village to over 1,100 m, attracting hikers and nature lovers. Nearby are the Salt des Freu waterfall and the Moorish Jardins d’Alfàbia. Despite its peaceful setting, Bunyola has cafés, shops, restaurants, and a station on the Palma–Sóller train line. Palma and the airport are reachable in 20–25 minutes by car – the perfect blend of rural tranquillity and urban access.
Santa Maria in the centre of Mallorca
Santa Maria del Camí is the eponymous village of the municipality of the same name on the edge of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Situated in the Raiguer region, the area around Santa Maria is characterised by its agricultural heritage. Its famous vineyards and olive groves are particularly well known today. The town centre boasts historic architecture, including the parish church of Santa Maria la Mayor from the 18th century. Throughout the year, the municipality organises events such as the Fira del Vi, which showcases local wines.
