The small village of Canyamel in the east of Mallorca is part of the municipality of Capdepera. The village itself is situated in a valley flanked by 2 ranges of hills. The Torrente (river) de Canyamel marks the border between the two different parts of the village. On the wooded slope that leads to Cap Vermell, you will find a series of exclusive properties, like a string of pearls. This top location not only offers magnificent sea views, but also the 18-hole golf course which blends harmoniously into the landscape. On the other side of the Torrente the more touristic part of Canyamel is located - very busy in the summer. In winter, Canyamel is a very quiet village. The distance to the airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.
Capdepera in the southeast of Majorca
Capdepera is the most northeastern municipality of the Llevant region and also of the island of Mallorca. The small town of Capdepera is situated in the middle of the municipality close to the coast.
