Detailed Information
Mal Pas, an idyllic settlement with just 600 inhabitants, is located away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area on the outskirts of the popular vacation resort of Alcúdia. The town center of Alcúdia can be reached in about two kilometers. Right at the foot of the quiet coastal settlement is the small marina Marina de Bonaire, where you can anchor with sports or sailing boats. Mal Pas also has two beaches, Playa de Sant Joan and Platja de Sant Pere, which are popular with locals. Even for vacationers who find the beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença too lively, these secluded beaches offer a welcome change. As water sports are not practiced here, the bays are available to swimmers and sun worshippers.
Alcudia - In the north of Mallorca
The town of Alcúdia is located in the north of the Spanish island of Mallorca, around 45 km from Palma. It is particularly known for its beaches on the Mediterranean, including the popular Playa de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro in the large bay of Alcúdia. The church of Sant Jaume, built in the neo-Gothic style, is integrated into the restored medieval town wall. It encloses the well-preserved old town with its narrow streets and centuries-old buildings.
