Detailed Information
Santa Maria del Cami is a typical Mallorcan village in the wide plain between Palma and the Tramuntana mountains. The bustling little village offers bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds as well as one of Mallorca's most famous weekly markets in the large market square. The successful Macia Batle winery is located on the outskirts of the village. Palma is only about 15 minutes away by car and the airport can be reached in about 20 minutes.
The Raiguer region, stretching out at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, represents the most exclusive wine-growing and stately heart of inland Mallorca. Dotted with historic towns such as Alaró, Santa Maria, and Binissalem, the area captivates visitors with its landscapes of vineyards with protected designation of origin, almond groves, and majestic traditional estates. Renowned for its tranquility, cycling routes, and distinguished culinary scene, the region offers an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle without sacrificing excellent access to Palma, international schools, and the airport.
