We have specialized in real estate in the southwest of the island of Mallorca. Especially in the areas of Andratx and Santa Ponsa we offer all kinds of houses for sale. Typical for the southwest are large villas with sea views or close to the golf course. Especially in Puerto de Andratx you will find many luxurious houses in spectacular hillside locations and with fantastic sea views.
In Camp de Mar, Santa Ponsa and Bendinat there are many, partly closed complexes with terraced houses and detached houses. A house on Mallorca with direct access to one of the numerous golf courses is also a very popular property.
A village house in Andratx, S'Arraco, Capdella or Calvia is the best base to actually experience the atmosphere in a small Majorcan village. The typical house in one of the small Majorcan villages in the inland of the southwest coast is 2 to 3 floors and has balconies and often an inner courtyard.
The Majorcan country home or farmhouse is often called a finca. These sometimes very old houses with a large plot are very popular. Especially if there are citrus trees or even olive trees surrounding the house, the Mediterranean dream is perfect.
