This olive finca in Mallorca is conveniently located in the center of the island. The professionally managed property currently produces about 20,000 liters of award-winning olive oil per year. The approximately 3,350 olive trees are about 25 years old. From the imposing entrance gate one reaches the house via an avenue lined with large terracotta vessels. Although the building can be used as a residence, it was actually set up for presentation and event purposes only. From the covered terrace you can enjoy the view over the olive grove. The purchase price includes the olive and olive oil business, imit brand and customer database as well as the agricultural machinery. The oil is pressed in a nearby mill. A certificate for organic olive oil has been applied for and is expected to be available by the end of 2024. The finca, which also has a rental license, is located between vineyards and fields about 10 minutes by car from Inca and Sencelles and about 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport.
