This olive finca in Mallorca is conveniently located in the center of the island. The professionally managed property currently produces about 20,000 liters of award-winning olive oil per year. The approximately 3,350 olive trees are about 25 years old. From the imposing entrance gate one reaches the house via an avenue lined with large terracotta vessels. Although the building can be used as a residence, it was actually set up for presentation and event purposes only. From the covered terrace you can enjoy the view over the olive grove. The purchase price includes the olive and olive oil business, imit brand and customer database as well as the agricultural machinery. The oil is pressed in a nearby mill.
